Bill and his team did such a wonderful job. We engaged them for paint repair work and they went above and beyond with the quality of their work. Bill was so easy to communicate with, always responsive and really flexible. I won’t go anywhere else for future paint jobs and have recommended them to our friends and neighbours. Brilliant job!

Don’t bother searching any more, these guys are the best! We hired the team to refurbish and repaint out eaves and windows in our art deco block of units in the eastern suburbs. The windows, eaves and gutters were in a shocking state and the boys got them looking amazing on time and on budget. Some of the access and heights were very difficult but they managed without hassles. Some of the windows even had bars that we cemented in; they removed them, stripped the paint and got them back to new on the windows; couldn’t believe the job they did! They were on site everyday and even on rainy days as they waited for the rain to stop! Bill keep me up to date with work in progress and the boys were kind, professional and courteous to all tenants and owners in the block. They even protected the washing on the line from paint! Everything was included in the price and there were no extras or hidden costs - real honest and straight workers. They are going to be our go to guys for any remedial works!Ive included finished pic and some before so you can see difference

Highly recommended Halifax, no effort was spared in remedial work and preparation prior to painting and those building's issues that did occur were dealt with professionally and promptly. The final result and painting is of the highest standard and is a credit to Bill, Bobby and the team. I would have no hesitation in engaging their services.

I engaged Bill and the Halifax team to paint my pagola. They were absolutely fantastic from the first point of contact, answering all my questions and treating my daughter and I with great respect. They did a brilliant job, taking time to cover all areas so that the rest of the house and the furnishings were protected. They were very skilled and their workmanship was of an extremely high quality. They clearly enjoyed their work beaming with big smiles and they did not complain. They even helped my daughter, giving her advice and helping her clean up a paint spill that she had made a few days before their arrival. Their attitude toward their work was exceptional and I will not hesitate to engage Bill and his team in the future. I wish all companies were as good as yours. Thankyou so much.

This is the second time I’ve engaged Bill and the team and Halifax. And there’s a reason for that.After an absolutely disastrous experience of remedial work through my insurer, I engaged Bill and the the team to re-do the work.From the outset, Bill and the team were incredible. They were patient, kind, answered all of my questions, meticulous about the detail, thorough, absolutely respectful and clean and tidy throughout.Bill and the team offer so much more than painting. He managed my flooring re-installation and repairs; my new windows sourcing and installation; they patched and painted throughout the house and nothing was too much trouble.Bill is a great communicator and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. The work was delivered to schedule and to budget.I do not trust my house with anyone but Bill and his team. You will not be disappointed if you do the same.Thank you Bill and the entire Halifax team.

I called Bill about restoring and painting four exterior windows at my elderly mothers property. From start to finish the whole experience was professional, stress free and enjoyable.I had a small amount of time to get the job done and Bill made it all happen within a couple of days of us accepting the quote which I was very appreciative of.Bill and his team were punctual and very hard working and a pleasure to deal with , also they were very respectful and courteous towards my elderly mother which we both also appreciated.The windows were in a bad state and the job Bill and his team produced was beyond expectations. They look as good as new, we are both very happy. The cherry on top was when Bill arrived to take away the last of his tools we were presented with a box of delicious sweets and cakes which was very unexpected but a great way to finish off.I highly recommend Bill and Halifax building and will definitely be contacting them again in the future.

Halifax painting did fantastic job painting both inside and outside my semi. I believe the key to a great painting job is the attention to the preparation ensuring the surfaces are repaired and prepared correctly. The team at Halifax took the time to do the preparation well which led to a great outcome for my paint job. I am happy to recommend Halifax painting for any painting job and will get them back in 10 to 15 years when I will need to do it all again.

I can not recommend Bill and his team highly enough for his excellent work on our Strata building. Halifax Painting were exceptional in their organisation, detail and execution of all aspects of work requested of them. His team were professional, reliable and at all times courteous with their interactions with other unit members and tenants.Halifax also completed spraying of a vermiculite ceiling in my daughter's unit. This job was completed efficiently with an excellent result achieved.

What an incredible experience.Bill and the team provided an exceptional service. They definitely cleared both my partner and I’s anxiety and worries for a decent job that was needed on our apartment including a total repaint as well as some cracks that needed to be fixed.Bill displayed a high standard of professionalism, providing clear and concise communication from the very start of the project and even after its completion. He answered every call, text and question promptly and always with an answer. His honesty and extensive knowledge contributed to a seamless and high-caliber completion of the work.The place looks brand new, and we are so proud to call it ours all thanks Halifax! I hired Halifax Building to paint the outside of my parents home. I found the team that came to do the work to be very professional. We recently contracted Halifax to paint our 4 storey apartment building and driveway at Dolls Point.From the very first meeting with Bill, we found him to be professional, warm, and engaging and a great communicator.All questions or concerns about the work to be undertaken were answered and Bill encouraged you to call him should any issue arise during the project.The painting of the building and the driveway was to be carried out over a two-week period but with impending rain and road resurfacing in the second week Bill’s team worked tirelessly to finish the work in one week.A shout out to Jay and his crew for an excellent job and keeping us informed every step of the way. Most owners are in their senior years and Jay was courteous and very respectful of their needs during the process.Bill expects quality workmanship from his crew and the result is a testimony of their skills and diligence. He is also a family man and treats his clients as family so the client’s satisfaction is very important to him.On Bill’s final inspection of the work, he said ‘if any issues arise in the future or you have any concerns just give me a call, I will always be here’. We are over the moon with the result of the exterior render and painting of our house. Bill’s team made the process as easy and pain free as it could have been, and we have received many compliments from both neighbours and strangers in the street about how good the house looks now, and the high quality of the workmanship. Bill and his team did an excellent job repairing and repainting the inside and outside of our house (which is over 100 years old). The work was completed to a very high standard. Access wasn’t straightforward but they found a solution and were considerate when on the neighbours property. They worked really hard and efficiently and were always on time. They even mopped the floor and were fastidious about cleaning up. We will definitely use Halifax again and would recommend them to others.

Can’t recommend them highly enough. Bill and his team are reliable, great to work with and do an amazing job. They painted our new home, redid floor boards and fixed our back deck. Jobs were completed on time and on budget and they were happy to accommodate some additional requests (and still finished the job in the initially quoted time frame). Don’t bother getting multiple quotes just call Bill ! ( and tell him you saw my review )

They always turned up when they said they would; they went above and beyond, always; they were friendly, professional and I trusted them quickly and implicitly.They always did the right thing, even if it took a bit longer. What a pleasure to contract Halifax Painting: They just completed an exterior paint job on our heritage Surry Hills terrace includingMurobond cross hatch brushwork .Bill attended to scope consult and confirm a quote which was comprehensive granular and competitive. Alan completed most of the work with consummate professionalism and attention to detail. Bill and an expanded team finished the job with a pragmatic work around tricky access without recourse to scaffolding .Beautiful job neatly and considerately delivered by well led professionals. What a pleasant painting experience. Bill came over to quote and walked through the whole place with advice of type of paint and colours. He followed it up with a detailed quote which put us at ease that there would be no surprises. We agreed a timeline and his team turned up day 1 ready to go. They actually finished earlier than estimated !!! His meticulous attention to detail in the preparation was the best I’ve ever seen and this quality of paints was top shelf. Their attention to detail continued for the whole job including clean-up and touch-ups. Communication, reliability and meeting timelines makes Halifax Painting a stand out. I have used them on three occasions over the past couple of years, i initially for a fairly major external repainting job and then for smaller, interior jobs at our house. I received a quote from Halifax for painting in our strata unit complex, though the strata committee did not go ahead with the quote, Bill from Halifax was extremely responsive to the request for quote and was able to come view the property same day. He then prepared a thorough and detailed quote in a short time frame. Halifax were extremely professional and really came across as being quality tradespeople.

I can highly recommed Bill and his team. We needed a job done very quickly and I did not think I would be able to get anyone to do it in such a short time frame. We needed a few rooms painted before having carpet installed.
