He had been referred to us by a family member who had used his services a few years ago and she could not speak highly enough of his workmanship. Bill first quoted our job over 18 months ago however we didn't proceed as our circumstances changed. We contacted Bill again recently, he remembered us and headed on over to requote. He arrived right on time and went the extra mile by offering his expert advice on a few items we were really unsure of, all before we had accepted the quote. Once we received the quote we accepted it immediately. Bill and the boys arrived to start our job on the Monday - right on time with big smiles on their faces and went straight into action. There was a ton of sanding to be done, plastering, some minor carpentry as well as covering all of our valuable furnishings and it was all executed with precision. The team were with us for just over a week, they had the keys to our home and they took care of it as if it were their own. The paintwork is fabulous, really high quality and great finishes. The place looks fantastic and has exceeded all of our expectations - quality, workmanship, cleanliness, care, focus and pride were evident the whole way through and the outcome is AWESOME. Bill and all the boys were incredible and we actually missed them the day after they left. A fantastic team led by an absolute professional. The solution was to acid wash and then apply a sealant via rope access from the roof. The result not perfect but mighty good considering this was the first time cleaned in over 40 years.Bill and the team tasked with the job were great.
